Damaged or Missing Items

If any part of your order arrives damaged or appears to be missing, please reach out to us right away at kr*******@***oo.com
so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Please note that refunds are only available for items that arrive damaged or do not arrive at all.

Non-Perishable Items

(Choco drinks, Chocolate spread, Teabags, Cappuccino, and similar items)

For non-perishable goods, you may request a refund or exchange within 14 days of the delivery date.
Once this 14-day period has passed, we are unable to process refunds or replacements.

Perishable Items

For perishable goods, any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
If you receive perishable items that are damaged or incomplete, please notify us within this 24-hour window.
After this period, we are unable to offer a refund or exchange due to the nature of these items.

Photo Evidence

If the issue can be identified visually, we may ask for a clear photograph to help us review and resolve the matter.

Refund Method

Approved claims will be compensated either through a refund or store credit for the affected item(s).

Returning Items

If you choose to return a product, the shipping cost for the return will be your responsibility.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. If a refund is approved, the return shipping cost may be deducted from the refunded amount.
